Marketing Text The project improves local journalists' motivation for further training while increasing awareness of the need to develop human resources systematically.

Summary A network of European institutions of further training, media companies, associations and social partners developed a concept for tri-media further training on the qualifications demanded in multi-media work. The concept is intended to provide journalists with the basics they need to obtain a job in the European and national labour market. It improves local journalists' mativation for further training while boosting awareness of the need to develop human resources systematically.
