Marketing Text DELID provides a model for adapting e-learning courses using intensive dialogue and experience from practical work with SMEs so that the courses perfectly meet SMEs' needs.

Summary DELID promotes intensive dialogue between e-learning providers and SMEs by means of interviews, storytelling, tests, meetings and other tools. The project developed a methodology for e-learning courses for small and medium-sized enterprises in intensive dialogue and in close collaboration with SMEs. Existing e-learning offers were adapted based on the results of this dialogue. The project yielded new e-learning courses perfectly adapted to the needs of the SMEs in the project and a methodology that describes how other e-learning courses can be adapted to better fit the needs of SMEs in general.

Description DELID is a project involving 20 partners from six countries. Courses have been adapted to meet the specific needs of the SME partners and the different cultural environments of the test bed partners in France, Finland, Germany and Poland. One important final product is a developers' guide that helps organisations to develop e-learning courses specifically for their own needs.
